I really gave honest chances to this game. Watching ads after each game. Then somehow even when I hit the cross button it redirects to some website. It has been really excruciating to watch building coins by 200 range and falling back 1000 plus. God knows what kind of matching system they have. I always seem to be matched with the opponents with far better cards. Or maybe I just don't know how to play. Uninstalled it today. I suggest that you uninstall too for the sake of mental peace.

Been using this app for a long time and spent a lot on it. On July 7th, I received a wrong order for a large amount. Customer support was completely unhelpful—no proper checks and treated it like a joke. Really disappointed with the service from a brand like UNO. They clearly don’t care about their customers, and their “solutions” are useless. Think twice before spending money here—support is terrible, and the app feels like a scam.

This game is good, I've been grinding a lot on it. However, PLEASE take the 3 minute time limit off of public games. And give the option to accept a Draw 2 even though I might have one, it's especially annoying for team games and often costs me a win. Doing these 2 things will result in objectively positive feedback. But the main issue that me and a lot of others have is that pesky 3 minute time limit. We like long games Mattel! Make it happen!!!!
