"Purple app offers really good products at affordable prices. It’s a great platform for everything from makeup products to more. However, its delivery service is very poor. The orders are often delayed and never arrive on the date they promise. Also, there is no proper customer support available on the app."

I buy regularly from the Purplle app. One time 12 products were divided into 8 and 4 and I was worried if they'll be delivered on time as I was leaving to another state on the exact date of second parcel delivery. Thank you purplle you've delivered it one day before the expected delivery date. The products are really well packed but one time I requested a return for few leaky products and it was cancelled. Overall, I like shopping with you. Products price and quality are really good.

I did complaint on the customer support and mailed 3-4 times but every time my request has been rejected saying pics not available. I even I tried clicking product's pics like 4-5 times which included front of the product, back with bar code, damaged part, and including all shipments with their barcodes. Worst shopping app I ever used. They remove products reviews if it's not good. They don't return defected orders saying that it's not fulfilled under their return policy, even in my first order
