I have been playing this game for 7 years and I have reached 12000 level. but here I feel frustrated because the app somehow disqualifies the level when we are short of coins and they intentionally make the game harder so that we purchase the coins with real money... and now they have already stopped giving the options of getting extra moves by watching ads.. such a horrible and cheap policy... Once you start purchase the coins wit ur real money then they stop giving options of watching Ads..

Good game. But, at the "Sweet Cinema," do adverts have to be 3 minutes long? And, the adverts duplicate themselves (a 30-second video is repeated 5/6 times). Your updates made the game annoying. Yes, those guys are your sponsors. But do they have to use painfully long, repetitive adverts? And, please, don't tell me to write to you guys on a different platform; you can get the information from the firstcomplaintn and work on it, if you want to. Thank you!

Great game for any age. I love playing Candy Crush and often play with my 6 yr old. However, for the past month, the game keeps crashing. The Booster Wheel is blank, and when it spins, I get an error message "connection issue." The store page loads the first time after installing. After that, I just get a spinning wheel. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it doesn't fix the issue. I've tried emailing King, but the response was to try the things i've already tried.
