I'm in my 20s and find this app difficult to use and not at all intuitive. Hard to find anything. I spend most of my time on this app searching for things then eventually calling customer service who also seems to have trouble navigating the app. Airbnb is SIGNIFICANTLY easier to use. All of my other apps are easier than this one. Definitely not using VRBO for future bookings. I can fill up my calendar on Airbnb anyway.

Absolute rubbish from both the company and the app.. I never get any bookings via VRBO but many via their main competitor. The app constantly freezes. And constantly tell me that the ical isn't syncing when it does. I tried VRBO a couple of years ago and left because of the same issues. Nothing has improved. The VRBO owners do nothing for the customers. It's like it's a ghost company.

What a hopeless app and such painful owner processes. I have 2 properties to list with another to be added next year, but the systems and processes are so difficult and fraught with errors that I'm reconsidering listing at all. I really don't have the spare time to waste on this and no help is available, their "AI" help bot is absolutely hopeless, I received the same answer to every question I asked! This just isn't good enough!
