Absolutely pay to win. No skill is needed apart from spending fortunes. I have played it when the game was new and had a 4+ star rating. Spent few quids but then realised, that is the only way forward. The earlier hype was probably due to having the same initials as Call of Duty. The game had potential but I think it is wasted in the ambition of making profit from the users. The skill tree for the heroes do not have versatility. Only thing matters is how much you spent to level up your hero.

Coolest start up animation I have found to date on a game, it's obvious that it's a labour of love. The story, characters, plot, and graphics are clearly well planned and made, and I had so much fun with this! That said, I did uninstall - not out of any major issues or disinterest in the game but purely because it is definitely one of those that you have to devote a lot of time to, especially given the peer pressure of alliances, and you can't grow without them which kinda sucks...

The game is getting boring as we progress. No interesting stuff for free to play players. Just have one builder, keep collecting resources, spend hours and hours in upgrading building one by one, research takes so much resources and time. I think now its time to leave the game as it is becoming same like other kingdom/ village developing game which rely on pay to play players. Also that stars which we need to raise stars of heroes and gems for raising heros's skills are so rare, making it P2P.
