this game is so fun, but it's impossible to pass levels without buying help. it needs to have ways to pass without a purchase. I have played it endlessly. each hotel needs gems to do upgrades. by the time I wait for more lives, earn one gem at a time, then wait days to build up enough to earn another gem, it would take a week or more to pass one level. I've played way too many similar games, like diner dash (played since 2008), to know it can be made to win without taking weeks per level.

❗USE GEMS ONLY FOR UPGRADES❗It would be a great game if it didn't have you use both coins AND gems for the upgrades. Most games would have you use gems if you don't have enough coins, not this game. I can't play anymore because I don't have enough gems to make the upgrades also mostly everything is locked behind an ad or paywall. Any rewards that you get for "free" are either very little or useless so that if you want to progress you have no choice but to pay.

Hello! In-game purchases are not required, it is important to us that everyone has the opportunity to play. You can also get crystals for daily login and endless levels, as well as for watching videos and participating in in-game events. Try to exchange rewards for upgrades right away and you will definitely be able to cope with the tasks!

Very enjoyable game with the right level of challenge to it. Update 2025: I've been playing this game for 5 years and love the main game. Please stop trying to force me to play the awful expedition/quest things. I always get awarded a 5 minute time limited boost and then get forced into a stupid tutorial for a quest that I don't want to play and by the time it let's me out of it back to the hotel game, my bonus is gone. I like time management games. I don't want the quest stuff. Please quit it!
