I liked the app, however it is really difficult to navigate. I'm trying to take advantage of one of their subscription specials, and it's impossible. It's a good app and I I like having it on my watch, but there's no customer service, even with the hefty subscription fee. Update 12/27/24: very pleased with their resolution and attention to detail and service. Kevin went above & beyond. They took my concerns seriously & listened. I am glad to use this great app again for my health.

After an initial issue with billing which was very quickly resolved by the good people of cardiogram, I've found the app to be very insightful and is helping me with towards better heart heath. There is a lot if very helpful data that's helping to push me towards my goal. Also links very well with my Samsung watch.

Be advised: There is zero support for this app, even when you buy a paid version. there is no help section. There is no legend, to explain the colors and symbols on the app. They do not answer messages on facebook, and there is no contact information on their website. unless you buy all the bells and whistles, you get the same information From your device, in my case, a Garmin forerunner watch.
