Despite being a paid membership, they have introduced advertisements in the middle of the programmes and thus have interrupted the entire flow of the movie being watched. and now they are charging extra for 'ad free' environment. i suggest subscribe to prime if you want to get the benefits of the Amazon shopping experience, but definitely not for the videos.

I am really disappointed with the experience since quite some time. First of all there are no good shows on a regular frequency. Then you have introduced ads when my Subscription period is active for another few months. How can the TnCs change during a service period. It could've been implemented after each subscription period ended. It sets a very bad experience that even after paying for an ad free service, we get ads just in between our subscription. This was a really cheap trick.

So you are charging enough amount and we have to watch 30 seconds long ads? what do you even think of your customers? not at all fair. already inside the app, there are so many videos for which we have to pay more money. apart from that we have to pay again for ad free prime? You are stupid and rubbish to do that. I am never gonna buy this again. it's really frustrating to see the ads. you will lose your customers for sure Amazon prime.That's why it has come to 3.8 ratings. good. keep it up.
