The app initially hanged a lot, and now it events get more worsen as I am not able to do any upi payment from past 2 days. there is a red exclamation in the pop message which reads as "you are on latest version of the app available on the store" I have uninstalled and reinstalled the updated version and still it's still stuck like this.

The app is great that it brought many things to one place. The interface could be more easy and clear, not well organized. The search engine & filters are very bad, you won't get the product you're looking for easily. I have placed an order, it is just showing shipped, no details from where and through which courier. The customer care has no addition information than what it is showing. Overall, this is not what expected from TATA. Very disappointed..

Pathetic app. It is so I'll prepared that does not work with mobile internet and only works with wifi. Again, if one returns to the previous page, the whole list goes for a reset. Not at all user friendly. Navigation is poor, and search results are often inadequate. I tried to buy things, but finding the product itself, then comparing it with other products was so frustrating that I stopped using the app. Update: App has been better, but does not offer SBI No Cost EMI option!
