Bought a phone from realme store with deferred exchange for my old phone, the service is so bad there's no communication for this I'm writing mails to realme , eswap, instacash who are responsible for this but even after a week my old phone is not picked up... I'll suggest never buy realme product, worst service...I have 4 relame phones at home but the service is very disappointing.

The Realme Store app feels like it’s still in beta testing — except we’re the unpaid testers. Every day I discover a new bug like it’s some kind of treasure hunt no one asked for. Pages don’t load, the app freezes randomly, and even simple things like checking out or logging in turn into full-blown battles. I’m not the only one — so many users are facing the same issues, yet updates either fix nothing or break something else. It’s honestly impressive how unstable this app is for an official

If the delivery time shown when booking a product is the same, the delivery time shown after paying the amount is the longest. Three days before payment, ten days after payment
