One of the worst services for the rider, whenever you try to reach them u can't. I am getting daily -30 from the app when I am not even opting for this for riding . Just because of the issue I am not using nowadays. Also we are getting less fair compared to other apps as well. The Commission is very high they are charging from the rider . Getting far rides whenever I tried to open it. Minimum 4km distance ride they are offering. Not happy at all.

Still not fond of the new interface. And there are several annoying bugs. But otherwise it does work. What I wish is to be able to filter out orders from problematic restaurants/stores, since when they screw up it's counted against the driver. And now acceptance rate has become an important metric but in my area Walmart pick-ups have become impossible since they NEVER BRING THE ORDERS OUT. I'd like to NOT get orders from Walmart because I literally can't pick them up.

Update: 7/24/25 4 starts to -4. The app refuses to let me online. I've done everything I can. Support is no help, they appear to be ignoring me now. Blue GO button just spins, no matter what. Very user friendly and easy to use. The only thing that blows is how sensitive the square that pops up to give you potential deliveries. You can't touch it AT ALL or it makes you take the delivery.
