My order of almost Rs. 3000 was delivered, the quality of the product was underwhelming. I chose to return it. The pickup guy came to the location when I wasn't available and never came the 2nd time around. There is no efficient customer care. The option only has pickup declined( ehich means the product didnt meet the expected quality). There is no option to show which says he never was able to even see the product. Need a customer service person to get in touch and return my products.

Hi! I am having problems in placing my order and I am unable to get in touch with the Customer service desk . One can only chat if there is a discrepancy in order but how can I bring my problem to your notice if I am unable to place my order in the first place . The app is working pretty slow and it has glitches ,especially when I go to the Cart and try to remove an item.

Worst app out there. I ordered 2 products, they got delayed. Contacted help desk through chat and call numerous times. They just gave repetitive answer 'wait 3 days'. Then they canceled my order after 16 days. Received my money back at the end of the month (I ordered on the 2nd day of the month). They also charge 'processing fees'. The products are also expensive than other apps. they run a scam - sell a product for say 1000. pro fees 30. Cancel product and keep the processing fees.
