I wanted to purchase some books on Desertcart, but I noticed that the app does not provide essential product details for the books displayed ... Information such as the number of pages, publisher's name, format (hardcover or paperback), and year of publication is missing. These details are crucial for making an informed purchase. Guess I'll have to stick to Amazon.

App is very slow. It breaks and closes during the chat. Price is more than the usual if compre with other cites. I ordered two items. After many days because of the delay in their service. I cancelled one item. Luckily I got the money back. The second item was still delaying and after many chat sessions with their representatives I got the item. The only positive thing I want share that my experience with the customer care. All people were good and helpful.

I recently ordered a non-camera smartphone through the app, and after completing the payment, my order was unexpectedly canceled due to restrictions in my region. While I understand that cancellations can happen, what is extremely frustrating is that I have yet to receive a refund for the payment made. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am dissatisfied with how the situation has been handled.
