This app is incredibly disappointing.It feels designed to trap your money through online ticket bookings. There's no option to cancel tickets, which is a huge problem. The live tracking feature is completely unreliable. I've wasted hours waiting at bus stops, with the app falsely showing the bus "3 minutes away" when it never arrived. I even tried booking AC tickets multiple times over several days, hoping it was just a temporary glitch, but my experience remained consistently negative.

Hey team, I really like using your app, but I wanted to share a couple of things that could be improved: Driver cancel :It gets really frustrating when taxi drivers accept the ride and then cancel for short distance . It wastes a lot of time. Hope something can be done about this. Booking without the app : It would be super helpful if there was a way to book a cab without using the app maybe through a website or a phone call for those who don’t always have internet or a smartphone handy.

It initially was a great app. But after few good trips, things started getting bad. First, the driver will call and find out your destination and if he doesn't like it, he will cancel the ride. App has a help and support center, but only for specific issues. There is no section where one can lodge a general complaint about this repeated canceling by drivers.
