There is a hack some people use, you are about to win a game, it's opponent's turn, they don't play, countdown starts and at 1 it stops. So the game hangs there. There is Nothin you can do. Only option is close the game, I have waited for 15 mins, nothing happens. This has happened multiple times. Last time it happened I checked the history and the guy beat me easily with mehaving more players and lives just that I couldn't play.

Good game with no adds, you need to do purchase if you want to quickly get to higher levels. I have been playing this game for an year now. The major thing I dislike about this game is the poor support. If you wrote a message to support you would have to wait for 3-4 days to get a reply, that too sometimes the reply seems like everything is correct on their side and we are simply writing message to trouble them, one of the worst support team I have ever seen.
